Pierre-Alain Graf

CEO

Pierre-Alain is an international manager with nearly 20 years of experience as CEO and board member in technology and energy industries. He holds a Master of Law from the University of Basel and an MBA from the University of St. Gallen. Pierre-Alain held several leadership positions at Fortune 100 companies. Among other roles, he was Senior Vice President of the global security business of Hitachi ABB Powergrids Ltd., CEO of Swissgrid for over seven years, and previously General Manager of Cisco Systems Switzerland. Pierre-Alain Graf became Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of GETEC in March 2023.

Markus Hauck

CFO

Markus has many years of experience in finance, leadership and the energy sector. He graduated from the IMD Business School in Germany with a degree in business administration and obtained his MBA in the USA. He became the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at GETEC in May 2023. Previously, he worked at Lafarge Holcim, where he was appointed CFO of Holcim Deutschland AG in 2007. In 2013, Markus took over the Finance division at EEW Energy from Waste GmbH in Helmstedt, Germany.

Rukmini Glanard

CBO & CEO International

Rukmini has over three decades of experience in the chemical, IT and telecommunications industries. She has been the Chief Business Officer (CBO) of GETEC since April 2024. Previously, she was the Chief Business Officer at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, while she also held leadership positions at Sita, an IT provider for the air transport industry, and Orange Business, a telecommunications company. With a deep understanding of business and go-to-market strategies, she is a talented public speaker and an active advocate for diversity and inclusion.

Dr. Guido Zimmermann

CEO Germany & CTO

Guido began his career at the pharmaceutical company Schering AG, now Bayer AG. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of GETEC Germany in March 2026, in addition to being the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) of GETEC since July 2023. Before joining GETEC, he was the COO Western Europe at Bilfinger Industrial Services, helping the company achieve strong growth. He later took on interim management roles in medium-sized companies in need of consolidation and change.

Giovanni Pontrelli

CEO Italy

Giovanni Pontrelli, a trained lawyer, began his professional career in the world of energy efficiency in 2002, when he joined Siram (now Veolia Italia SpA), where he gradually took on increasing responsibilities until reaching top management positions such as General Manager and Member of the Board of Directors. During the same period, he held senior positions in Siram's subsidiaries. Since July 2019, he has been CEO of GETEC Italia.

Dr. Urs Zimmerli

CEO Switzerland & Industrial Parks

Urs is an experienced manager with many years of international experience in the chemical industry. He holds a PhD in chemical engineering from ETH Zurich, an MBA from the Open University and diplomas in industrial engineering and chemical engineering. Urs is the CEO of GETEC Switzerland and is also heading the GETEC PARK.EMMEN, in the Netherlands. Before assuming these roles, he was COO of the GETEC PARK.SWISS. Prior to joining GETEC, he held management positions at CABB AG and EMS Chemie AG. He also gained valuable experience at Archroma Management GmbH, Polygum Technologies LTD and Polygal AG.

Dr. Alexander Jawad

CHRO

Alexander has been the Chief Human Resources Officer at GETEC since December, 2025. He has extensive international experience in human resources leadership, having held senior roles at IKEA, Johnson Controls and Inalfa Roof Systems. His strong academic and legal background in labour law, combined with an MBA from the Goethe University Frankfurt, enables him to navigate complex organisational, regulatory and employment topics. At GETEC, Alexander leads the development and execution of HR policies and practices designed to enhance employee engagement and support ambitious growth targets for the company’s pan-European people strategy. As part of the executive committee, he focuses on an inclusive, high-performance culture and attracting, developing and retaining the best talent.

Anne Berner

Chair of the Advisory Board

Anne has been the chair of the GETEC Advisory Board since May, 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA in Leadership from the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki. Anne was a member of the board of Ilmarinen and Soprano Oyj, both Finnish companies, and also served on several NGO boards. She was the chair of the board and one of the founders of the association supporting the New Children’s Hospital in Helsinki. As a member of the Finnish Parliament from 2015 to 2019, Anne was the Minister for Transport and Communications and the Minister for Nordic Cooperation. In addition to her commitment to GETEC, Anne is a board member for Bank SEB, Avesco, Adven and the Finnish Cancer Institute and Foundation for Cardiovascular Research, and a member of the advisory board for CVVC, a Swiss-based venture capital firm.

Dr. Luis Pais Correia

Member of the Advisory Board

Luis joined the GETEC Group Advisory Board in May, 2022. With a PhD in civil engineering from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, in Switzerland, Luis has held senior management positions in the energy industry and was a member of numerous company boards, including most recently the Adven/Värmevärden board. He is a Director of the px Group, in the UK, and Chairman of the companies Anesco, Aloxe and Jernbro. Since 2021, he has been a Senior Operating Partner at Ara Partners, a private equity firm specialising in industrial decarbonisation investments. Prior to that, he co-founded Aksiom Group, an investment fund in the energy sector. Before Aksiom, Luis was a director-level manager at Dalkia for more than 15 years, and also served as the CEO of several Dalkia subsidiaries.

Ben Francis

Member of the Advisory Board

Ben became a member of the GETEC Group Advisory Board in May, 2022. He is an executive director and investment principal in the Infrastructure Investments Group (IIG) at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Since 2015, Ben has been responsible for IIG's initiation, execution and ongoing management of European utility, energy market and other infrastructure investments. Prior to that, Ben worked for JPMorgan's Investment Bank in Mergers and Acquisitions, primarily covering industrial companies in the UK and Europe. Ben holds a Master of Engineering from Durham University.

Klaus-Dieter Maubach

Member of the Advisory Board

Klaus-Dieter joined the Advisory Board in January, 2026. In the energy industry, he has served as CEO of Uniper SE, CEO of Encavis AG (formerly Capital Stage AG) and Managing Director of Wesertal GmbH. He was also a long-standing member of the E.ON Group Management Board, including as Chief Technology Officer. Klaus-Dieter has gained national and international supervisory board experience with publicly listed companies as well as with public sector enterprises. He studied electrical engineering at Bergische Universität Wuppertal, where he earned his doctorate at the Chair of Energy Supply. In 2006, he was appointed an Honorary Professor at the Clausthal University of Technology. His experience and strategic vision are vital to helping position GETEC successfully in a dynamic energy market.

Javier Abad Marturet

Member of the Advisory Board

Javier joined the GETEC Group Advisory Board in July, 2023. With an Executive Master’s in Business Administration from IESE in Madrid, Javier has held executive positions in prominent companies, including TechnoGym, Parques Reunidos, Hilding Anders, Looping et Cie and Noatum Maritime Holdings. His executive roles have involved technology, wellness, leisure parks, manufacturing and logistics. This hands-on experience has provided him with a deep understanding of operational excellence, business integration and financial metrics monitoring. His leadership skills have been showcased on public and private boards throughout Europe, including for chairing strategy, auditing and remuneration committees. Javier is well-equipped to identify growth opportunities and drive organisational success in dynamic and evolving markets.
