The municipal energy plant delivers a secure energy supply for hot water and heating while keeping energy costs low over the long term. For residents in Turek, in central Poland, the plant maintains the highest technological and environmental standards, meeting an annual heat demand of approximately 90,000 MWh.

Christophe Szpyt

Managing Director Poland & Member of the Management Board

Christophe has two decades of experience in increasing revenues and managing teams in high-performance sales, business development and operations. He has worked extensively in B2B and B2G markets and is an expert in energy performance contracts. In the energy sector, he has participated in projects with a total capacity exceeding 1,000 MW, for solar, wind and biomass. With a strong foundation of implementing financial structures and developing projects, Christophe uses technology to streamline sales processes and creates environments conducive to collaboration and long-term success.

Tomasz Muszynski

Head of Operations Platform International & Member of the Management Board

Tomasz joined GETEC in 2018 specifically to organise a significant investment project in Romania and to oversee operational activities in that country. Since 2022, he has been responsible for GETEC operations in Poland. He also supervises operations in Austria and supports the company’s growth in new markets. Prior to working at GETEC, he held roles in finance and mergers and acquisitions in the energy sector, including being responsible for the evaluation of investment projects, restructuring and business growth. 

Justyna Haba

Financial Manager Poland

Justyna joined GETEC in April 2020, and has since overseen the finance, administration and HR processes for four Polish legal entities. She holds a degree in economics and has over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting and controlling. A team-oriented and results-driven professional, she focuses on optimising financial processes through close collaboration with IT. Her background includes working with German and U.S. companies across the food and machinery industries, as well as providing administrative services for the energy sector. Proficient in German and English, she is passionate about continuous learning in business and languages.

Kamil Cwiklak

COO Poland

Kamil joined GETEC in 2023 as an asset manager and became Chief Operating Officer (COO) of GETEC Poland in 2025. He holds a degree in energy engineering and brings over 15 years of experience and practical knowledge to this position. He collaborates with employees, plans production tasks and acquires the necessary resources for maintenance. He is fully committed to supporting the company in its pursuit of a sustainable future.
