Giovanni Pontrelli, a trained lawyer, began his professional career in the world of energy efficiency in 2002, when he joined Siram (now Veolia Italia SpA), where he gradually took on increasing responsibilities until reaching top management positions such as General Manager and Member of the Board of Directors. During the same period, he held senior positions in Siram's subsidiaries. Since July 2019, he has been CEO of GETEC Italia. He is also a member of the GETEC Group Executive Committee.

Andrea Pellegrini is a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with 20 years of experience in multinational companies. He spent his first four years working in the Netherlands. He began his career in Financial Planning and Appraisal, first at Citco and then at Eni, where he had the opportunity to develop other skills. He moved to Schindler, where he honed his Financial Planning and Appraisal skills, began managing resources, and developed his first project management skills. Then, he moved to Shell as Business Finance Manager, where he was promoted to Finance Manager in 2013. Within a year, he moved to Goodyear as CFO. Currently, he is the CFO of GETEC Italia.

Paolo Gianola has a degree in mechanical engineering with a specialisation in the energy sector. He began his career at Petrol Company, a service company, as Head of the Works Office. He continued his career with increasingly senior roles and responsibilities in various multinational companies. His most recent positions include Technical and Commercial Director for the northwest area at Siram (now Veolia Italia SpA), and Planning and Control Director at Zephyro (later acquired by Edison). He currently holds the positions of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) for the public administration and private healthcare segments and Chief Operations Officer (COO) Italy.

Fabrice Liautaud is a manager with over 20 years of experience in business management and development. After graduating in Nautical Sciences and Naval Engineering in France, he began his career serving as an officer on merchant ships on international routes and later joined the Dalkia group, holding managerial positions in France and Italy. He broadened his skills in information technology by taking on the role of Country Manager Italy for MRO Software (an American multinational now part of IBM) for a decade before returning to the energy services sector, holding increasingly senior positions at Siram (now Veolia Italia SpA) and several of its subsidiaries. Then he set up his own consulting business focused on the industrial energy market. Today, he is the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) of the Industry segment for GETEC Italia.
 

Brando has a degree in Electronic Engineering and more than 20 years of experience in the energy sector. He joined GETEC Italy in 2008, when the company was Antas, and has specialised in plant engineering with a particular focus on maintenance, safety and energy efficiency. In his current position, Brando coordinates, directs and supervises engineering activities, both during the bidding phase and during construction, while also supporting the operational structure in the start-up of projects. 

Francesca has a degree in Occupational and Organisational Psychology, and began her professional career in human resources, gaining more than 20 years of experience with companies operating in the services, infrastructure and industry sectors. At Telecom Italia, Finmeccanica, Iveco and Trevi, Francesa gained experience in organisation, skills development, digitalisation of HR processes and management support in corporate development. She joined GETEC Italy at the end of 2020 and is now Head of Human Resources, where she contributes to the company’s strategy through the development of professional careers and the evolution of organisational models.
