Urs is an experienced manager with many years of international experience in the chemical industry. He holds a PhD in chemical engineering from ETH Zurich, an MBA from the Open University and diplomas in industrial engineering and chemical engineering. Urs is the CEO of GETEC Switzerland and is also heading the GETEC PARK.EMMEN, in the Netherlands. Before assuming these roles, he was COO of the GETEC PARK.SWISS. Prior to joining GETEC, he held management positions at CABB AG and EMS Chemie AG. He also gained valuable experience at Archroma Management GmbH, Polygum Technologies LTD and Polygal AG. 

Rukmini has over three decades of experience in the chemical, IT and telecommunications industries. She has been the Chief Business Officer (CBO) of GETEC since April 2024. Previously, she was the Chief Business Officer at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, while she also held leadership positions at Sita, an IT provider for the air transport industry, and Orange Business, a telecommunications company. With a deep understanding of business and go-to-market strategies, she is a talented public speaker and an active advocate for diversity and inclusion. 

After his studies in hotel management and business economics, Hans worked extensively in the chemical, energy, oil and gas industries. Over two decades, he has developed into an experienced financial manager with a proven track record in both medium-sized companies and corporate structures. Joining GETEC Benelux in November 2021, Hans brought essential skills in SAP products, financial audits, financial accounting, consolidation and managerial finance to the GETEC team.

After completing her studies in human resources management, Lusanne worked for companies in the engineering sector and took on various business and HR management positions at companies focused on maintenance and mechanical engineering. Lusanne joined GETEC Benelux as the Head of HR in March, 2023, bringing a committed focus to foster diversity, equity and inclusion.

Gideon started his career as an aircraft maintenance specialist in the Royal Netherlands Air Force, then held various management positions within a technical environment and with a strong customer focus. He became the director of GETEC PARK.EMMEN in April, 2024, and is known as a loyal and dedicated manager with a keen eye for detail. 

Björn studied business administration at the University of Groningen. Following an impressive career in the IT and renewable energy sectors, he joined GETEC Benelux in April, 2023, as the Head of Real Estate. Previously, he worked in business management for Eneco, overseeing the development of solar, heating and cooling projects.

René has a mechanical engineering and business administration degree from the Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen. He has worked in the food, chemicals and energy industries, and became the Head of Industry for GETEC Benelux in February 2023. Before taking on this role, René was involved in energy transition projects for the drilling company Visser & Smit Hanab.
