Magdeburg, Germany, 1 September, 2025 – GETEC is pleased to announce the appointment of Stefan Klenke as Head of Transaction, reporting directly to CEO Pierre-Alain Graf and responsible for translating GETEC’s strategic goals into corresponding investment and M&A activities.

Stefan Klenke brings over 20 years of experience to the field, most recently as Head of M&A and Corporate Venturing at Deutsche Bahn Group. Previously he worked for Deutsche Bank AG and Sal. Oppenheim, among others.

With responsibility for the Transaction Office, Stefan Klenke coordinates the agenda of GETEC’s Investment Committee and cooperates with all teams involved in transactions across the company. In doing so, he defines standards and processes, ensures governance, oversees the investment pipeline and thus significantly supports value creation and return on investment.
